PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a base station device that can secure a sufficiently large coverage area of a small cell while keeping the power of a downlink signal from a small cell base station to allowable maximum power or less.SOLUTION: A base station device provided in a small cell base station that performs radio communication with a mobile station in a mobile communication system comprises: measuring means for measuring an interference level from a macro cell situated around the base station; and transmission power control means for performing control so as to increase the power of a downlink specific reference signal (CRS) among downlink transmission signals of the base station and to decrease the power of signals other than the downlink specific reference signal under the condition that the downlink transmission power is maximum allowable power or less.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8 |
