<p>The control circuit for a tape recorder has a bistable multivibrator controlling the stopping andstarting of the drive motor. The tape recorder is started by manual depression of a push-button and is stopped automatically in response to control markings recorded along the tape, or by depression of a further push-button. Pref. the control circuit employs a number of interconnected flip-flops for separately or individually controlling the drive motor and the volume level of the tape recorder.</p> |
