<p>The pneumatic lifting gear, effective up to heights of 3 m, is suitable for use in fixing heavy plasterboard panels or wooden beams on ceilings. It can be dismantled in four stages, for easy transport. It is elevated by a pneumatic telescopic cylinder, with a compressor (7) supplying air through a pipe (6). A regulating valve can be fitted. The wheels can be in the form of hinge rollers, with fixing brakes, and screwed on. All the metal components in a single unit may be welded together. The top frame can be inclined by means of a hinge on the cylinder end, for applying cladding panels to sloping ceilings. Two men are sufficient for the work, and no supporting scaffolding is needed.</p> |
