<p>The floor, which can be heated, has an insulating underlay, heating unit extending in a grid pattern above this, floor surface layer, and supporting layer made of bricks for force transfer. The brick blocks (6) form upwards open laying shaft units (8) matching the heating unit grid pattern (9) and can be closed by means of a covering panel (10) which can be made of heat-insulating material, pref. a rigid plastic. The blocks are pref. homogenous, incorporating heat-conducting and storing material, and can have grooves in at least one surface. They may be hard-burned clay bricks. This is simple and adaptable, low in height and well protected, affords even temp. distribution, and can be exposed for repairs without damaging the heating elements.</p> |
