In the embodiment of Fig.2 (not shown), the complete speed transducer including a light emitting diode (30) and photovoltaic cell (29) is in the constructional unit whereas in the embodiment of Fig.1 the light source 23 and photo-electric transducer 28 are outside the constructional unit.
