PURPOSE:Oscillation frequencies are changed and easy regulation at high accuracy is made possible by providing an electrode to the input side or output side of an amplifier, providing a moving electrode to a part of an external case in proximity to said electrode and changing the floating capacity between the electrode and the moving electrodes.
