1503720 Sliding clasp fasteners TEXTRON INC 30 June 1975 [1 July 1974] 30244/77 Divided out of 1503719 Heading E2S The description and drawings are as in the Parent Specification the claims being directed to apparatus for positioning a slider for its engagement with the fastener stringers, wherein sliders are fed in single file on a conveyor track towards a lowered raising means which then lifts the slider to a position accessible for the threading operation, there being friction driven means for moving the sliders in spaced relation along the track, means for transferring the sliders from the track to the raising means of a retractable projection extending in the path of the sliders on the track to retain the sliders until retracted to admit one slider in response to the operation of the transfer means. |
