<p>The holder is intended for tripping mechanism and rapid-action switches. It is of such design that the armature is under the effect of an electrically operable attraction magnet, when the current to the magnet exceeds a preset value. Springs (10) act against the armature (4) movement in the direction towards the attraction magnet (1). The armature actuates a blocking mechanism (9, 11, 13) which releases its movement only after a certain distance travelled towards the attraction magnet. Preferably the armature is mounted at the end of a guide arm (8), whose other end is restrained in the movement direction by the springs. A moving latching block (9) is mounted along the guide arm and restrained by a latch (11) during the starting motion of the armature and guide arm.</p> |
