摘要 PURPOSE:To prevent the generation of engine stall, when the regulation of output torque of an internal combustion engine is carried out by sub-throttle control by prohibiting the working of a negative pressure working member by which the nature of a mixed gas is changed. CONSTITUTION:In general, according to the opening of a main throttle valve M3, a negative pressure working member M5 is worked by the negative pressure generated in an inlet path M2, so as to change the nature of a fuel mixed gas. When the acceleration slip is generated, the control of a sub-throttle valve M4 corresponding to the slip condition is determined by a calculating means M9, whereby the sub-throttle valve M4 is controlled open/close by an open/close control means M10, and the output torque of an internal combustion engine M1 is regulated so as to eliminate acceleration slip. A work prohibiting means M11, according to the working of the open/close control means M10, prohibits the working of the negative pressure working member M5, so as to prevent not the opening/closing position of the main throttle valve M3, but the working of the negative pressure working member M5 due to the opening/closing position of the sub-throttle valve M4. Generation of engine stall, etc., can thus be prevented.
