PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform suitable control of a water gate corresponding to the rate of inflow, by computing the rate of inflow at the timing of the water gate control, and performing display and printing. CONSTITUTION:A signal indicating a water level is inputted from a terminal A, and a signal indicating the rate of water discharge is inputted from a terminal B. Both signals are sent to an input processing part 1, where the signals are converted into codes which can be handled readily. The codes are sent to a water-level-change judging part 2. During the time the water level is not changed, the rate of discharge is sent to a discharge-rate computing part 3, where the rate of discharge is computed. When the water level is changed, the judging part 2 stores the time of that point and the computes discharge rate value of the computing part 3 in a memory 4. When a preset time comes, a preset-time judging part 6 actuates a data processing part 5, reads the stored contents in the memory 4, and extracts the stored time and the computes values of the water levels and discharge rates at this time and previous time from the level at that time, out of the memory 4. An inflow-rate computing part 7 computes the sum of the discharge rate from the previous reference water level to the change in water storing level at this time and operates the rate of inflow. A display and printing part 8 displays and prints the operated rate of inflow, and prepares a note. |
