发明名称 ULTRASONIC FLAW DETECTING APPARATUS FOR TURBINE DISC
摘要 PURPOSE:To detect the flaw in the rotor shrinkage fit part of a turbine disc with good accuracy, by allowing a drive apparatus having an ultrasonic probe mounted therein to scan on a hub. CONSTITUTION:Drive apparatuses 4 each having a probe 8 mounted therein are provided to both side hubs 3 of the webs 2 of turbine discs 1. Said probe 8 has an oblique angle probe 10 for arranging two drive apparatuses 4 holding a vertical probe 9 for inspecting the under sides of the hubs 3 on the same axial line and the webs 2 therebetween and an oblique probe 11 for detecting a flaw and is driven on the hubs 3 to the circumferential direction by a control apparatus 5. In this case, the probe 11 is moved to the key groove central part on the hub 3 and fixed and used as a transmission probe while the oblique angle probe of the other drive apparatus 4 provided on the same axial line of the hub 3 is moved to perform flaw detection. By this method, the flaw in the rotor shrinkage fit of the trubine disc can be detected with good accuracy.
