<p>PURPOSE:To obtain a filter having excellent light shielding and spectral characteristics by constituting a light shielding pattern of superposition of two layers; red and black, which are two colors among three primary colors. CONSTITUTION:The light shielding pattern is formed by superposing the two layers; red and blue, which are the two colors among the three primary colors and by disposing the red layer which is a 1st layer 11 to the under side of the blue layer which is the 2nd layer 12. Namely, the light shielding property by the superposition of red and blue is extremely good as compared to the case in which the pattern is formed by the superposition of green and blue and the case in which the pattern is formed by superposition of green and red. Since the blue layer 12 having the higher light shielding property is disposed as the upper layer, the spectral characteristic good as a filter is obtd. even if the upper layer part to be superposed is thin.</p> |
