PURPOSE:To offer a fluid control valve device in which angle delay is obtained by reducing or further cutting off negative pressure in such a construction that the atmosphere controlled by an orifice at the acceleration time is introduced to the negative pressure circuit for vacuum advance located between the advance port of carburettor and the servo medium of distributor.
