<p>Wall mounting e.g. for fire extinguisher, comprises a horizontal sheet metal strip (2) secured to the wall and a vertical strip (3) depending from the midlenght of the horizontal strip. The vertical strip has a step where a portion of the strip is recessed from the remainder. The strip has upper and lower horizontal cut-outs (13) engaged by the steps so that the recessed portion lies in the plane of, and the remainder of the vertical strip lies in front of, the horizontal strip. The portion (12) of the horizontal strip between the cut-outs is severed to form two tabs which are bent apart to allow assembly of the recessed portion.</p> |
