PURPOSE:To provide the titled metallic plate having high static coefficient of friction, which is easy to handle and exhibits excellent deep drawability in press molding, by coating a resin-solid composite powder on the surface of a metallic plate, said resin-solid composite powder being obtd. by coating the surface of a lubricating solid powder with a resin. CONSTITUTION:The surface of a lubricating solid powder such as graphite or molybdenum disulfide is coated with a resin by an interfacial polymn. method, a vaccum metallizing method or an electrostatic coating method to produce a resin-solid composite powder. Preferred coating resins are polymers of ionizable vinyl monomer, such as acrylic acid, having a polar group which is ionizable in an aq. soln. Then the resulting resin-solid composite powder alone or, if necessary, together with a water-soluble or water-dispersible resin such as an acrylic resin having an acid value of 40-300 and carboxyl group as a water-solubilizable group, is coated on the surface of a metallic plate to form a coating film having a film thickness of 0.5-10mu, whereby the titled plate can be obtd. |
