PURPOSE:To secure a temperature compensation through a simple constitution at the operation point for various semiconductor amplifier circuits by giving the temperature characteristics of about -3,000PPM per 1 deg.C to the collector current of transistor Tr, and thus to utilize this temperature compensation effectively for a semiconductor IC. |
