Plastic tray unstacking machine - transports trays from magazine to filling station and sealing station where foil covers are applied

The procedure is for unstacking stored plastic containers or trays and for transporting the manually or machine filled trays and for covering and closing the trays at a sealing station. The trays which are individually and intermittently pulled from the bottom of a storage magazine are guided on a chute from which they are transferred on a continuously running conveyor which is transporting the behind each other arranged trays filled with goods at the end of a filling track to the sealing station. In the sealing station one or more trays are seized by reversibly movable tongue arms driven by a cam drive and moved to a sealing frame. The sealing frame is by an upwards movement pressing the trays covered with foil against a stationary sealing electrode. The sealed trays are seized by the reverse moving tongue arms and moved to a separating station. In the separating station the closing of the trays is completed by cutting off the excessive foil cover along edges of the trays.
