<p>PURPOSE:To perform a satisfactory gas purification while reducing the load on PSA device at a lower cost of the device. CONSTITUTION:A switching action is taken between opening and closing switching means 22 and 24 in order to introduce the gas compressed by a compressor 12 into a circulating line 26 having a separating membrane 30 for purification purpose to produce its circulation when the gas purity is lower than a predetermined value and into a PSA device 38 through an introducing line 36 when the gas purity is higher than the predetermined value.</p> |
