TWO DIMENSIONAL LIGHT SCANNER

摘要

PURPOSE:To optically couple both the openings of a bundle of laminated thin film light scanners and another auxiliary thin film light scanner so as to cross the scanning lines of both of them at a right angle and carry out 2 dimensional scanning electrically with a simple constitution without using a mechanical movement mechanism.
