<p>The heat or sound insulating material to be applied to a building is in the form of resin-bonded fibre sheets, if necessary with a decorative or protective surface covering. The fixing bolt (a) for its attachment incorporates a bolt with enlarged headpiece, and a readily and permanently deformable fixing plate (5) with a hole (7) for the bolt passing through it. The hole is too small for the headpiece to pass through. There may be a cutout (8) for the headpiece, to avoid projections. Adhesion may be facilitated by a locking arrangement on one side of the plate, in the form of a series of further holes (6).</p> |
