The auxiliary air and or exhaust gas is fed via a regulator to the 'T' shaped junction of carburettor flange and inlet manifold. The feedback tube (9) runs crossways to the inlet manifold cross section and parallel to the lower wall. The tube is provided with a number of air outlet jets (10-12) having a convergent-divergent flow cross section. The tube jet openings are designed to divert the fuel particles (7) and prevent precipitation on the manifold inner walls. The auxiliary air feed tube is secured to the 'T' function by a threaded gland nut and seals.
