A reverse lock 41 is movably mounted at 44 on the swivel bracket for releasable engagement with the pin 31 to retain the swivel bracket in the normal position and a shallow water drive link 101 is also mounted at 44 for releasable engagement with the pin and to locate the swivel bracket in the shallow water drive position. Lever 121 is a selectively operable control element mounted on the swivel bracket and connected to the reverse lock by rod 141 and is operably connected to the shallow water drive link 101 by rod 151.
