摘要

Biological sewage treatment is by aerobic microorganisms. Plant includes a basin with a rotatable shaft in the direction of flow. The shaft is fitted with semisubmerged discs each separated from the next by a partition which takes up the full basin cross-section except a passage opening. Method eliminates stoppages by anaerobic particles. The oxygen content in the sewage is not raised to uneconomically high values. The efficiency of the process is high and it functions very reliably.
