Manually operated combined tilting and rotating window - has safety bracket with locking slide acting on shoe rounted on actuating rod

The safety arrangement is used for manually operated actuating drive of combined rotating and tilting windows. It consists of brackets held on the locking bar and it has opening for the actuating lugs of the hand lever. The ratchet on the moving frame restricts the longitudinal movement of the bracket when the window is open. The bracket (5) on the actuating locking rod (4) is flat and has no sharp projections. It carries a shoe (10) after the locking element (9) has been fitted. This shoe has projections (11) or openings (12) acting in conjunction with the locking slide (13). The latter acts on the shoe (10) fitted on the bracket (5).
