PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating heat exchanger, e.g. a heater core, in which routing of cooling water piping can be facilitated by taking out first and second inlet pipes and an outlet pipe from same direction while suppressing increase of dead space, e.g. dimensional increase a top capsule in the height direction, as much as possible. SOLUTION: A car air conditioner comprises an air conditioning unit where the air conditioning zones of left and right seats in a cabin can be subjected to independent temperature control, and a heating heat exchanger 5, e.g. a heater core, disposed in the air conditioning unit. The heating heat exchanger 5 can take out first and second inlet pipes 17, 18 and an outlet pipe 19 not from the depth direction of a top capsule 23 but from the side wall at one end thereof in the breadthwise direction, i.e., from same circumferential direction of the top capsule 23.
