The adjusting movement is effected between a stator (10) and a rotor. At least one jointed plate is provided, between the stator and rotor. The jointed plate is connected in a rotation-proof manner, in a radial outer or inner region, with respectively one of the parts of the stator or the rotor. Bridging elements of the jointed plate, extend between the radial outer or radial inner stretching regions in an annular free space. By extensive compression or stretching these are subjected to a friction free deflection. A drive unit is located between the stator and the rotor. The drive unit has a piezo adjusting element and is controlled by electric signals.
