<p>The vehicle wheel for a tubeless tyre is manufactured from forged or cast light metal or iron material or plastic with reinforcement inlays. Circular contact surfaces (4, 5) are provided on the wheel centre disc (1). These surfaces together with a centrla hole (6), and the tyre contact surfaces (7, 8, 9, 10) on the rim (2) are manufactured in one setting. Sufficient material is removed from the circular contact surfaces on the smooth surface of the wheel centre disc to ensure that when the wheel has been bolted firmly in position further surfaces parts of the wheel come into contact between the circular contact surfaces.</p> |
