PURPOSE:To easily form a fluorescent screen with accuracy by printing the cell barrier of a PDP flat substrate many times using fluorescent paste including glass frit by a screen printing process. CONSTITUTION:A cathode 33 made of a thick or thin film is formed on the front side of a flat substrate 31 made of glass. Fluorescent paste including glass frit is printed many times by a screen printing process. Accordingly, the height of a cell barrier 32 is increased gradually, thereby obtaining the cell barrier 32 having a predetermined height. Finally, the thus formed cell barrier is burnt and a binder is substantially burnt out so that brightness can be enhanced. Therefore, a fluorescent screen can be easily formed with accuracy, and consequently, brightness efficiency of a plasma display panel PDP reflected by light can be remarkably enhanced. |
