<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce the resistance value of a transformer and its peripheral circuit in a push-pull switching circuit of low-voltage/large-current use. <P>SOLUTION: A first coil 35 is wound on a first winding core 31 with the starting position of winding at a side face, which does not face a second winding core 31, of the first winding core 31. A second coil 35 is wound on the second winding core 31 with a starting position of winding at a side face, which faces the first winding core 31, of the second winding core 31 and with a winding direction same as that of the first coil 35 and a sending direction different from that of the first coil 35.
