<p>The hydraulic inclination adjuster is also used for mechanically arresting parts of a height conveyor where the conveyor, in its working position, the conveyor assumes a position which leads upwards and sideways w.r.t. the connected mobile collecting - or harvesting implement. In its transport position it assumes a position which is collapsed in the direction of the implement. The pivot motion of the conveyor (1) and the tipping motion of its top (5) are carried out separately by means of two single acting hydraulic cylinders (14, 16) in sequence, connected in parallel to a hydraulic line (15). The tipping motion of the top part takes place in the vertical intermediate position of the bottom part (4) of the conveyor. The tipping motion of the top part (5) into the transport position and the pivot motion of the conveyor (1) into is working position takes place automatically under the action of gravity when the hydraulic line is switched to return.</p> |
