An underground continuous wall mudguard structure using a compressed steel pipe and a ground digging method thereof are provided to secure high stability against compression pressure in a relatively-larger buckling condition and to keep the stability of the structure even if a relatively small number of pipes are constructed. An underground continuous wall mudguard structure comprises an underground continuous wall(100), a settling unit(200,300), and a tunnel material(400). The underground continuous walls are integrally formed along the boundary line of an objective ground at predetermined thickness and depth. The settling unit is fixed and installed at the underground continuous wall by a plurality of anchor bolts. The tunnel material is a compressed steel pipe welded between the settling units.
