A reading board having a central groove rail and a pair of central fixing implements and a supporter stand for the same are provided to allow receiving of various sized books and to prevent a desired page from going over by the central fixing implements. A reading board includes: a base plate(100); a central groove rail(200) established vertically on the central part of the base plate; a pair of central fixing implements(210) established movably in the central groove rail; corner groove rails(300) established on the each extended line from the center of base plate to its each corner; and corner fixing implements(310) established movably in the corner groove rail.
