A hair shape maintaining pillow for a seat is provided to be used comfortably without pain, and to minimize the deformation of the shape of the hair by letting protrusions come into contact with a scalp. A hair shape maintaining pillow for a seat is a head contact portion of an upper end of a backplate of a seat(200) which comes into contact with a back part of a user's head when a user sits on the seat, or a pillow(100) separately installed on the head contact portion. Plural hair shape maintaining protrusions(10) having a predetermined diameter and a predetermined height and having an elastic function are disposed on the pillow. When the back part of the user's head comes into contact with the pillow, the hair shape maintaining protrusions penetrate into the gaps between hairs to remove the deformation of the hair shape. |
