<p>A commutator is for a vehicle combining the operation of lighting, flashing headlights, and sounding of the horn by the use of a single operating lever (1) in a casing (2), by rotating the lever for switching the lights on or off, pivoting about an axis to alter the intensity of the lighting, dipping in a perpendicular plane to 'flash' headlights and applying a translational axial movement to sound the horn. Three pliable parallel thin conducting plates (26-28) are ach connected to a cam (35-37) integral with the operating lever, provided with two different active profiles both capable of successively activating the corresponding plate.</p> |
