Swing jaw mounting for stone crushing - is supported on cross tie by pull rods kept in floating state by springs

The swinging jaw carrier (2) is on its upper part simply resting against the cross tie of the framework (1) and held in place by pull rods (3) which are under the tension of springs (4). The pull rods allow the swinging jaw to perform the minimum swinging movements necessary for the crushing of the stone pieces. Under neath the jaw carrier (2) a cylindrical rod (5) is fitted which takes up the weight of the swinging jaw carrier (2) as well as the downward component resulting from the crushing action. On top and below the cylindrical rod (5) two slats (6) are provided which have higher ruggedness than the frame structure in order to eliminate frictions and deformations. On the upper area of the frame structure (1) are reinforcing elements (7) fitted with bolts which are limiting contact with the end surfaces of the swinging jaw carrier.
