The invention relates to communication engineering and is used for providing services to a user by an information provider. The invention makes it possible to extend functionalities of services delivered by the information provider. The inventive mobile communication system with access to a service center comprises a plurality of mobile communication devices which communicate with the service center connected to a billing system linked to a payment system. The mobile communication device is enabled to communicate with the service center and the billing system. The service center is designed in such a way as to provide services relating to sale of goods and electronic payment of bills. The billing system consists of a user's payment unit, a user's credit card unit, a user's mobile cash unit and a bonus unit which interact with a computer, provided with a software which makes it possible to receive electronic payments on the user's account and to distribute assets between the above-listed units. |
