A precharge control circuit is provided to increase production yield by improving fail generation at clock pulse width and controlling a CAS pulse normally. In a precharge control circuit, a control signal generating part(1) comprises a logic unit(11), a controller(12), a latch unit(13) and initialization part(14). A logic unit performs the NOT-AND operation in response to a precharge signal and a burst signal. A controller produces a control signal in response to the output signal and precharge signal of the logic unit. The latch unit latches the output signal of the logic unit, an initialization part makes the latch unit initialized in response to the initialization signal. The pulse signal generation portion comprises a driving part, a logic unit and latch unit. The driving part is driven in response to the clock signal and the control signal. A logic unit performs the AND operation in response to the output signal and CAS pulse signal of the driving part. The latch unit latches the output signal of the driving part.
