<p>The water-steam mixt. coming from the reactor is passed first through one or more centrifugal separators; the thus crudely sepd. water and steam are led off to separate vessels; the steam vessel stands over the water vessel and in communication with it, and the sepn. of water from steam is completed here, under gravity. The water level in the water vessel is not allowed to rise to the level of the centrifugal separators. The water vessel may take the form of an upright cylinder; its connection to the steam vessel may (but need not) by piping.</p> |
