A chain transmission device is provided to prevent abrasion, strength degradation, and low noise, light weight by using a silent chain and a roller chain. A hybrid chain(1) is composed of an outer link and an inside link, and the outer link has a pair of the outside link plate(2). The inside link(6) has a pair of inner ring plates and a rollers, and a hybrid chain is rolled by a complex sprocket(12). The complex sprocket includes a center sprocket(13) and a side sprocket(14), and each outside and inside link plate has a pair of teeth(11), and the outside of the frank has a circular shape.
