The machine is used for grinding internal bores and outer dias. of parts. Its working capacity can be increased in the longitudinal and transverse directions by fitting extension modules to the machine slides. The base of the machine is extended longitudinally at the rear to increase the positional adjustment of the grinding head unit. Other modules can be bolted to the carriage of this unit to increase its travel, its stroke remaining basically the same. The work head unit may have similar modules fitted to the front and rear sides of the base to increase its transverse positional adjustment. |
