According to an embodiment of the present invention, a compressor comprises: a gear unit comprising a circular main rotating plate and bull gear teeth placed on the circumferential surface of the main rotating plate; and a blocking unit placed on both sides of the gear unit to reduce the flow of a fluid from the circumferential surface of the main rotating plate in between the bull gear teeth, which are close to each other, to the circumferential surface of the main rotating plate in between adjacent bull gear teeth. According to the present invention, the compressor has a blocking unit to block the flow path around the gear to reduce power loss caused by the flow of air and lubricating particles around the gear and interferes with the flow returning to both ends of the gear in a widthwise direction. Thus, the present invention reduces the pressure gradient in the front and rear of the bull gear teeth and a windage loss as a machine loss, thereby improving system efficiency. |
