According to a method for generating a one-time password of the present invention, the method for generating a one-time password via an IC chip comprises the steps of: storing biometric recognition information, which is generated by converting biometric information of recognizing the body of a user into a data structure that can be processed inside the IC chip, and biometric authentication information for drawing a designated specific value by conducting a preset verification operation that can be conducted inside the IC chip, in a designated storage region inside the IC chip, and storing a fixed seed value for dynamically generating a one-time password of N (N>=2) number of digits in a designated storage region inside the IC chip; receiving the biometric recognition information, which is generated by processing the biometric information of recognizing the body of the user into a data structure that can be processed inside the IC chip; authenticating the body validity of the user by conducting the preset verification operation on the biometric recognition information via the biometric authentication information to check whether or not the designated specific value is drawn; operating the function of dynamically generating a one-time password of N number of digits inside the IC chip and checking a dynamic seed value for dynamically generating a one-time password of N number of digits during the authentication of the body validity of the user; and dynamically generating a one-time password of N number of digits using the stored fixed seed value and the checked dynamic seed value as the seed values of a code generating algorithm set inside the IC chip. |
