The tear-open pack (1) for preparation of or addition to a beverage or food consists of two flat sheet-like panels (2, 3) which are directly interconnected by weld-zones (4, 5, 6). The welds are so arranged that they form a number of separate compartments (7, 8, 9) which contain different ingredients. At least one (9) of these compartments extends over a greater length and has one longitudinal edge bordering the edges of at least two other compartments. At least one of the long compartments may have an opening (10) through which a spoon (11) can be inserted. There may be tear lines (13, 14) in or near the weld zones. |
