PURPOSE:To constitute an elastic surface wave filter by forming the crossed finger type electrode on the single crystal substrate of glass, etc. and then by placing the piezoelectric ceramic plate on the electrode with a slight space between. Thus, a good performance is secured for the filter with no wire breakage of the electrode.
