FIELD: radio engineering and communications.SUBSTANCE: amplifier includes input field-effect transistors, current-stabilising bipole, output transistor, which are connected to input field-effect transistor, wherein first output transistor through current-stabilising bipole is connected to second power supply bus, second output transistor is connected to first input field transistor and through a third current-stabilising bipole is connected to a second power supply bus, a dynamic load circuit, matched with first power supply bus. Circuit includes additional field-effect transistors, additional bipolar transistors.EFFECT: providing higher levels of output current of "bent cascode", higher efficiency of the operational amplifier in large signal mode, shorter time of establishing a transient process.1 cl, 4 dwg |
