PURPOSE:To provide a method for detecting impurities or contaminants adhered on vessels for cosmetics or foods, glasses or ceramics for electric materials with good precision by having a specific substance adsorbed on impurities to be remained and irradiating excited light to effect luminescence of said substance. |
