Beating, kneading, vacuum treating and mixing meat or sausage - with two folding troughs forming closed hollow cylinder

Machine for beating, kneading, vacuum treatment and mixing of meat or sausage meat comprises two folding troughs which together form a closed hollow cylinder within which themeat is processed by a beater or mixer arm which rotaes at a fixed distance from teh cylinder wall. On one trough is a valve for evacuating the cylinder to allow vacuum treatment of the meat. The upper trough pref. rests on an extendible frame in hinge joints which are mounted on one of the longitudinal sides or ends of the troughs. The beater arm pref. consists of a 90 degrees angle strip of which the short arm is connected to a drive mechanism, while the long arm has a length conforming to that of the troughs and is at 45 degrees to the axis of symmetry when seen in cross-section.
