Terminals have a spindle and have transversal pins fastened to it. The operating rod has at its head a funnel for the spindle insertion, and its head has a flexible locking method for holding or release of the transversal pins. A locking system operated by the user locks the spindle (1) or the transversal pins (2) with the funnel (3) or the rod (4). The pin unit is held down by two catches (15) with pointed lever arms (15') at the upper tips and flat ends to the arms (15") at the lower edges immediately above a compression spring (17) between the two transversal pins (25).
