The gas cylinder (8) is fitted with an outlet valve with a gas outlet line towards the connector (1), and the device has, concentrically with the gas outlet line, a collar (5) with an O-ring (6) and an annular sealing nut (3) for clamping the O-ring in a cylindrical chamber at the outlet end of the cylinder. For quick and sufficiently stable coupling of the connector, the latter consists of a base plate (1) for connecting the user piece of equipment and the frustoconical annular nut, which can be locked with respect to the base plate fitted with the O-ring (6), is subdivided into two halves along a diametrical plane and carries an internal edge (14) intended to engage from below with a corresponding edge (7) situated at the top of the cylinder, concentrically with said O-ring, while the conicity of the underside of the nut matches the conicity of the top of the cylinder. <IMAGE> |
