<p>An infusion of coffee for delayed consumption adn ready for instant use is prepd. using a mixt. of coffees of different origin in amts. according to their caffeic acid contents (C18H8O8). The proportions used are 20% of coffee grains of high caffeic acid content, 60% of average caffeic acid content and 20% of very low caffeic acid content. The mixt. enables the prepn. of an instant coffee having all the requisite qualities of a coffee extract by the usual processes. The amts. of each coffee used may also relate to their chlorogenic acid content.</p> |
